Japanese O-Bon

It’s O-Bon here in Japan, August 13, 14 and 15. It is the time to remember and honor those in our lives who have passed on. M and I visited our family grave yesterday to do the usual. We cleaned the grave, and placed flowers, water and incense. We then remembered our ancestors with silent prayer and thoughts. It was a rather warm day with blue skies and no wind. Amen.
